After a very long lockdown, we are delighted to announce that we are open again and we are taking on new students. Our next beginners’ course starts on Monday the 18th of October at 19.00.
This course covers all aspects of training in the Bujinkan dojo. No previous experience is necessary as we start from the most basic skills – kicking, punching, locks and throws. We also teach you how to land safely without hurting yourself.
The Bujinkan has a very wide weapons syllabus. In the Beginners’ course, we look at the basics of kenjutsu – fighting using a Japanese sword or hanbo-jutsu – fighting using a three-foot staff.
Training is on Monday evenings from 19.00 to 20.00 in our Dōjō in Molesworth Lane, Dublin 2 (just behind St. Ann’s Church on Dawson St.). Training is open to both men and women over the age of 18.
The cost of the course includes:– 8 weeks tuition every Monday, printed training manual, black training uniform (dogi) with white belt Cost is €80. For students and unwaged it’s €50
